The platform can be used on all flooring surfaces. For usage on carpeted surfaces, flip the reversible pucks to have the teeth out. For usage on hard surfaces, leave the reversible puck teeth hidden in the platform. Prior to assembly, we strongly recommend cleaning the flooring surface where the platform will be placed to prevent damaging the backing and/or reversible pucks.
The platform can be used in a covered area which is not exposed to standing water and/or direct rainfall.
The 4' x 6' base model takes an average of 3 minutes to assemble once it's removed from the shipping carton. Larger sizes take incrementally longer, with a 10'x10' platform requiring multiple people and typically 10-15 minutes to assemble.

There are no minimum room size requirements, we recommend between 12"-18" of space surrounding the platform to best accommodate your workout.
The latches were designed to fit tightly in the molded space joining two panels. If there is an issue with fit, we recommend gently shifting the panels to remove any potential spacing and aligning the holes symmetrically. To install the latches, lift the top cover and press down with your thumbs on the two tabs directly above the latch pegs.
The pucks are placed on the platform in a specific location to provide the best possible support when used on a carpeted surface. To insure fit, make sure the arrows on the puck match the arrow on the bottom side of the panel.
The pucks are molded to a high tolerance to insure fit and performance. If they appear "stuck" in the panel, use the bottle opener provided to remove or for even easier extraction, pry out with a flat head screw driver.
