Returns FAQs

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be received by our returns department in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

• Visit our returns center.
• Enter your order number and email address to initiate the return.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping and refund details.

For instructions on how to ship returned items, please refer to the email you’ll receive after placing the return request.

Although we offer free shipping, we do not cover return shipping costs. If you choose to receive a return ship label from us, the freight cost will depend on the item being returned and where it’s shipping from and will be shared with you prior to completing your return. We extend have negotiated freight costs with select freight companies and share those discounted rates with you to keep your return freight as low as possible.

Alternatively, you are welcome to ship an item back to us using any carrier you prefer at whatever cost you are able to secure.
